Payments

All orders will require a Company Purchase Order.  NRS accepts Company Checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Wire Transfers and EFTs.

When your order is ready to ship, an invoice will be e-mailed to you with tracking numbers and a detailed description of the items you purchased and their prices.

Tax

Tax is only charged within the state of Utah.  If you are tax-exempt and are in Utah, please send your exempt certificate to accounting@nrssolutions.com or fax it to 801-705-8998 and we will adjust your account to reflect this status.

Shipping

NRS ships Federal Express only.  We have found that FedEx holds higher standards when it comes to handling fragile electronics and therefore, there are less shipping problems when using FedEx.  We can ship on your account, or on our account and bill you for the cost.

All Refused Orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

International Orders are also shipped via FedEx on the customer’s account.  Duties and taxes will be paid by the customer.

Returns

All returns require an RMA number.  Please contact your sales representative for this RMA number.  NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

Defective/DOA items will be accepted back within 14 calendar days from the original ship date.  Returns must have an RMA number.  All returns must have original packing material in the original box with the correct serial number, part number, cables and manuals.  If any items are missing, the RMA is VOID.   Replacements will be shipped out once the defective items are returned to our warehouse.

Warranty

All products, new and reconditioned, have a minimum one year warranty.  Note:  Most products carry a lifetime warranty.  Ask your sales representative for the specific warranty on the items you are purchasing.
