RMA POLICY

(Return this form with defective item)

· All defective products must be returned within 15 days of receipt. If no fault is found a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

· All sales are final 30 days after date of invoice.

· Product returned for credit or exchange must be pre-authorized with a RMA number and in the original manufacture's packaging (box and foam) which must be unmarked and in good condition.

· RMA's are valid for 15 days after issuance.

· A copy of the original NRS, Inc. invoice is required for each RMA shipment.

· All returns must be complete including all manuals, warranty cards, cables, etc.

· All RMA shipments must be shipped pre-paid with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label or the product will refused by NRS, Inc.

· All credit returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and any other refurbishing charges for incomplete product or damaged packaging.

· A minimum charge is applicable to all repair estimates refused.

· A minimum charge is applicable to all warranty and non-warranty RMA's where no fault is found.

To obtain an RMA:

1) Have your original invoice or a copy available.

2) Phone NRS, Inc. to discuss the problem with one of our customer representatives.

No other parties’ affiliated or non-affiliated with NRS, Inc. Signatures or verbal authorizations will be accepted.”
